| It is necessary to have portable file document (pdf) reader software installed on your computer to be able to read the on-line version of the Echo. This software may be obtained free by clicking on one of the icons below. |
A compressed (zip) file, being smaller, requires less time to download than a pdf file.
A program such as Winzip, or free 7-Zip, is required to get the pdf file from the zip file after download.
